How could you want a refund of the softest shirt you'll ever own?? Kidding.

If you aren't happy with your order, tell us and we will replace it, no questions asked! We want everyone in the Allswell Supply family to be happy with their purchase and committed to the Allswell Supply mindset/lifestyle.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@allswellsupply.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send items back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
No problem! Let us know so we can have you return the item, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
